Anxiety

I'm feeling a bit anxious. I know that I am the one who puts the pressure on me. I am the one who leaves "things" to the last minute (sometimes...not all the time). BUT now I have a real time-line for finishing my paper.

My advisor sent me an email today saying that she would like to see my paper in entirety (draft form) on October 1st. That was my personal goal, BUT now that she said it...well... that's FREAKING ME OUT!!!!!

How do you do that 3,4,7 breath again? Are those the right numbers? It's a yoga/relaxation thing.

Oh by the way, feel free to call me and tell me to put down the book, knitting, wine, chocolate bar, etc...etc....etc....

Deep breath. Deep breath. (take the chocolate out of your hand and then try again... heehee).

I know that you will be fine. I know that you will get it done. You have come this far and all you have left is one little chapter. You can do it.

Let me know if you want me to take the boys while you work on it... or anything else that I can do to help.
