October will soon be over. This will be a god send. I am not exaggerating when I say I had AT LEAST 3 after school meetings per week this month. Oi! Then a big birthday - Ian turned 8. and blah, blah, blah.....
I am grateful for the long weekend. Ah...nothing to do but knit, watch the kids, go for walks (if the weather is ok).
As for Sockoberfest....I've not gotten very far. I have one more square finished and another on the needles, but it will be a miracle if I get 5 or 6 more done. I'll just keep plugging away and those squares will get done.

Oh you have a long weekend and a drive up and back, so you might get a bit done. Have a great time, spend time just being.
I know I'm looking forward to the long weekend! Although, I will be doing some actual work!
